At any stage in this process we can further explore potential LCC gains by looking at the benefits of China assembly of these components in our Longgang factory. With some customers there are sufficient gains to be made through material cost savings alone to benefit their business. Where labour input is high in the standard cost a combination of sourcing and assembly may be the optimum solution.
